Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour

The Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour conducts research and teaching within organization development and change, leadership development, organizational psychology and Human Resource Management, project management and education management.

The department has divided its activities into three sections: Organizational change and development, organizational psychology and project management.

The department has a significant annual research production, with over 50 scientific articles published in international journals, as well as a number of scientific book chapters and monographs.

The department's education activities cover all academic levels, and the department also has a strong focus on externally funded research projects.

The department focuses on the reciprocity between research and teaching. For the faculty, this means publishing in internationally recognized journals, while also communicating their research through teaching.
